The Host Call and Internet center is a state–of–the–art communications office located in San Jose Costa Rica.
The Host offices are organized into 4 main divisions:
- Wagering Call Center – Our largest office is equipped to handle thousands of bettors and is staffed with experienced, English speaking wager clerks who are trained to take your players bets in a professional manner.
- Customer Service and Support – Friendly and professional payperhead service support staff are standing by 24/7/365 to assist our PPH Agents.
- Technical Support – Our team of skilled IT staff is headed by a fully certified (CTO) Chief Technology Officer. The team is made up of in house Programmers, Network Engineers & Data Control Technicians who all have broad experience in online gaming, wagering systems, Internet security & data encryption.
- Administration and Management – Our success is our people. Host has assembled a leadership team that draws on decades of practical, hands on sportsbook and casino management experience. Our bookmaking industry experts ensure that you will receive professional PPH service at all times.
